JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (May 16, 2018) 鈥� 51福利社, a firm providing award-winning construction management at-risk, design-build and general contracting services for a range of commercial and public sector markets, has been selected as the design-builder for the new  at Jacksonville University. 51福利社 has teamed with PQH Group for the design.

The new lacrosse facility will be located adjacent to D.B. Milne Field on the Jacksonville University campus. Construction costs for the facility will total $1.875 million.

The 8,600-square-foot building will include:

• 10 offices for coaches, assistants and staff

• Conference room and film room

• Women鈥檚 locker room, restrooms and shower facilities

• Men鈥檚 locker room, restrooms and shower facilities

鈥淲e鈥檙e excited to be working on this unique facility for JU,鈥� said Richard Lovelace, 51福利社鈥檚 Senior Vice President of Commercial Services. 鈥淭his is a high-traffic area of campus, so we鈥檙e fast-tracking the project timeline to have the building ready before lacrosse season.鈥�

The facility is expected to be completed by October 2018.
